Kevin Costner and his wife Christine Baumgartner departed out of LAX today in preparation to attend Whitney Houston’s funeral at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey tomorrow. He will reportedly give a eulogy.
Costner, who was Whitney’s leading man in The Bodyguard, bonded with Houston and kept a close relationship with the singer.
Clive Davis is also expected to speak at the funeral, and Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin will be performing. African Limelight will be streaming the funeral service live online and on TV stations will also so the fans can pay their respects. It begins tomorrow at noon.
