EQUATORIAL GUINEA: Head of State receives AU International Law Commission.
31.03.2017-Malabo/ On Tuesday 28th March, at the Africa Palace in Bata, before travelling to Malabo, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo granted an audience to the African Union International Law Commission-AUCIL, led by Sebastiao Da Silva Isata, who went to the appointment to ask for the advice of the Equatoguinean leader.
"Our current task is to analyse the problems affecting the continent, and we have come to seek advice from the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea and his pointers, because the Head of State and of the Government of Equatorial Guinea has always declared his willingness to support us, not only in Pan.African causes", declared Da Silva Isata, AUCIL President, before the press.
The AU International Law Commission was created in 2009, and its mission is to work for the progressive development of the systematisation and codification of African International Law.
H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo was accompanied in this audience by the Deputy Minister for the Presidency of the Republic, Charged with External Security, Juan Antonio Bibang Nchuchuma.
